Through The Looking Glass

The first of the month means it's time for a new challenge at Scrap It Girl, and the theme this month is to use a picture of yourself on a project.

I'm not one to spend much time in front of the camera, but my other half took these pics about a year ago, and I've been itching to use them. Just some fun, silly pics, but I love how they turned out. So now was the perfect opportunity to use them.

A few layers of patterned paper, a transparency sheet, a few flowers, and several layered pics and I had a completed layout. Very quick and simple.

2X Trouble

It's the first of the month, which means it's time for a new challenge at Scrap It Girl. The Theme for February is to use arrows, numbers, and the color blue. 

This was an easy one for me. I had some recent pictures of my twin nieces from the fair that were perfect for this theme.

I simply added a transparency strip across the bottom, a bit of punchinella and washi tape, stamped the arrows, the added the title and a tiny amount of journaling. A quick, easy, yet colorful layout.
